Alchemy Dream Meaning

Meaning of Dreams about Alchemy

Alchemy Dream Meaning Psychological Meaning:

Carl Jung believed that the secret art of the alchemists was a system of symbols used to bring about the transformation of the personality from its base state (Lead) to exalted spiritual consciousness (Gold). Alchemical symbols are archetypal images from the unconscious. If you dream of alchemy then you are now experiencing a period of inner transformation that may sometimes be painful but is most definitely for the best.

Alchemy Dream Meaning Mystical Meaning:

Alchemy was the medieval equivalent of modern psychology.

Its strange symbolism can still invoke the unconscious forces that bring about positive inner transformation.

I dreamt this: I am inside a temple with a group of 4-5 persons in a high security room having a big bowl of alchemy which we discovered and stressed that it should be put to good community use and not get into wrong hands and trying to be very secretive about how to go about this mission. Suddenly four men – muscular, strong and with wooden sticks in their hands – jumped inside the temple from the high compound. I look through the gap of the door and realise that they have somehow got the news and were coming in search of alchemy to grab it away from us. I am fearing that we would be found and they would usurp the alchemy and praying and wondering how I would save this. (At the same time, a thought strays that “oh, I have my gold jewellery also kept here, would they take that also away from me”). As I am dreading, I hear loud continuous several heavy thuds on the high 25 feet temple main doors and dread that more people are trying to come in to take away the alchemy. They finally break open the door, and to my sigh of relief, I find that it is the complete villagers with sticks in hands – actually getting in after knowing about the thieves that have got in to save the alchemy and us from the thieves. On looking at them, I heave a sigh of absolute relief and all flat on the ground with gratitude. Could you please interpret this dream for me. (I must also mention here that in the last three months, I have been having many spiritual experiences when I visit temples – I am a Hindu and our faith i.e. in idol worship also)

This dream is about your inner spiritual life. The alchemical processes are symbolic of your inner work that you fear is being intruded upon by outside forces. I feel the dream highlights the difficulties you have squaring your spiritual and material life.

In the dream I went to a Christian lady and ask why my grandmother let my friend get better and not me and she told to go her grave and talk to her.

Not sure why you have posted this on a thread about dreams about Alchemy – however Alchemy is a symbol often for healing. Your dream too seems to imply inner healing and spiritual transformation.

I had a dream about being in a learning environment and I figure I couldn’t make out was talking about how important alchemy is. This has been a reoccurring dream as well

I suggest you follow the advice in the dream and read up about alchemy. Read what the psychologist Carl Jung had to say. You may find it inspiring.

I dreamt I was walking across a park of some sort with a group of 3-4 people. We walked by an area with sand and there were 3 lion-like figures made from the sand. One of the lion-like figures got up and approached us. As it got closer I noticed that it had red and green stone-like objects embedded into its back. The stones were outlined in gold. The group of individuals that were with me ran away as it approached, but I stayed. I put my right hand out and told it to stay and not to come any closer. It responded in a very simplistic tone, “O.K.,” as if it never had the intentions to do harm, but was simply curious of us. The next thing I remember is being in a small house and talking to an odd older gentleman. He had a lion as a pet that sat very calmly in a corner and looked extremely similar to the figures made of sand. So I asked the gentleman, “Did you make those lion-like figures out of sand and how did one of them move and talk?”

In the last scene of my long and chaotic dream I was having great sex with a beautiful girl with a scene that had a visually dark tone, not scary, Just noticeably dark (as in umbers, reds, etc…) during the session we kissed and changed positions many times. We ended up in a position similar to the lotus position where i was sitting down and we were having sex face to face (she was on top riding). At the point of orgasm she had an “a-ha” moment and with excitement she told me “i got it! we must meditate to reach a higher state” (something along those lines) and as soon as she said that its like “as above, so below” manifested instantly and my world literally flipped upside down. This new world was made up entirely of white tones. I was in a kitchen when it happened. The cupboards, white; the countertop, white and the sun was shining in. In absolute awe, I leaned on the counter and as the light hit me from the windows I remember telling myself that I just experienced “as…

I saw a collection of mythical grail like objects outside a man made cave falling into the ground like the centre of an hour glass. Now I see a cross section of a subterranean vessel it was a white chalk outline of a conical flask.
