THE INNER TV

When I close my eyes at night I see fast moving pictures as if I'm watching a TV screen. I don't really enjoy this and wish it would stop. Why does this happen?

Psychologists call this state hypnogogic dreaming. It happens at the point just before you fall to sleep.

It is an very interesting state of mind and the brain's activity at these times differs to that found in normal dream sleep.

The images seen can be extremely vivid and many psychic people experience hypnogogic dreams. Dreams can't be stopped. They are essential for our mental health.
